About the Bethesda EC Ball Field

The Bethesda EC Ball Field is located at 171 Reedsville Road.  This multipurpose field is great for soccer, flag football, baseball, or softball.  The field is open from dawn until dusk and all users must follow the Park Rules & Regulations.

Port-O-Pots are not available at this location so if you are renting for a season, the renter is responsible for obtaining one for their event.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact the Facilities Manager in writing at facilities@bethesdaec.org. Include your name, phone number, email address, and date of cancellation.

 

If, for any reason, Bethesda EC Church must cancel an event, we will notify the renter as soon as possible and will work with the renter to reschedule or the renter will receive a full refund.

 

Refunds: A 6% processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed in
the same method as the original payment except cash which will be refunded as a check.

 

If cancellations are 30 days or more prior to the reserved date, a refund
of 94% will be issued. If cancelations are 8-29 days prior to the reserved date, a refund of 44%
will be issued. No refund will be given if renter cancels 7 days or less prior to the reserved date.
