Service Description
Whether the use is for personal or commissary goods, this large kitchen provides a great space to work. Included: upright refrigerator, upright freezer, coil electric stove/oven, microwave, commercial sinks. Must bring own pots/pans and other supplies - not provided.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact the Facilities Manager in writing at facilities@bethesdaec.org. Include your name, phone number, email address, and date of cancellation. If, for any reason, Bethesda EC Church must cancel your event, we will notify the renter as soon as possible and will work with the renter to reschedule or the renter will receive a full refund. A 6% processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment with the exception of cash which will be refunded as a check. Party Rentals If renter cancels 30 days or more prior to the reserved date, a refund of 94% of the rental cost will be returned to renter. If renter cancels 8-29 days prior the reserved date, a refund of 44% of the rental cost will be returned to the renter. No refund will be given if renter cancels 7 days or less prior the reserved date. JAM Rec Center Athletic Use Athletic Use payments are non-refundable. The renter may contact the Facilities Manager in writing at facilities@bethesdaec.org to reschedule.
