Service Description
Standard package includes 4 hours of gymnasium, loft, and kitchenette use. Additional time may be added as listed. Equipment for pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and youth soccer included with rental. If paying in person, payment must be delivered prior to rental. Payment must be delivered to 23 Meadowbrook Center Office during regular business hours (M-Th 8:30am - 4:30pm) . If paying in person, payment must be delivered prior to rental. Cancellation Policy
JAM REC CENTER To cancel, please contact the Facilities Manager in writing at facilities@bethesdaec.org. Include your name, phone number, email address, and date of cancellation. If, for any reason, Bethesda EC Church must cancel your event, we will notify the renter as soon as possible and will work with the renter to reschedule or the renter will receive a full refund. A 3% processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment with the exception of cash which will be refunded as a check. Party Rentals If renter cancels 30 days or more prior to the reserved date, a refund of 97% of the rental cost will be returned to renter. If renter cancels 8-29 days prior the reserved date, a refund of 47% of the rental cost will be returned to the renter. No refund will be given if renter cancels 7 days or less prior the reserved date. Athletic Use Athletic Use payments are non-refundable.
